# Celina

> Give an LLM read, prepare, and execute access to Celo mainnet through Celina's SDK, MCP server, REST API, and read-only Telegram bot

**Celina** is a third-party, open-source stack for app and agent developers — one shared tool catalog covering transfers, Mento FX, Uniswap v4, Aave v3, GoodDollar, governance, staking, and Self Agent ID, exposed through an SDK, an MCP server, a REST API, and a read-only Telegram bot.
