Celina is a third-party stack for app and agent developers. The SDK and MCP server are open source. One shared tool catalog covering transfers, Mento FX, Uniswap v3 and v4, Aave v3, GoodDollar, governance, staking, and Self Agent ID is exposed through that SDK, an MCP server, and a REST API.

SDK

TypeScript library for a custom backend — reads, unsigned transaction preparation, and ERC-4337 account abstraction.

MCP Server

Local stdio MCP server for Cursor and Claude Desktop that holds a key and can sign writes.

Hosted MCP

Public Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint — no install, no keys, reads and quotes only.

API

REST API for the same read-only catalog. Every call needs a celina_ key from the console. Invoking a tool spends a credit.
